Refund and Returns Policy
At Home Auraa, we want you to love every piece of furniture and décor you bring home. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (customize as per your business).
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at homeauraa5@gmail.com or call +971 50 554 9796 with your order details.
- Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping or pickup process.
- Please note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for products of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, clearance/sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Request your return
Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
Box up your products
Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or call us at +971505549796 if you no longer have it.
Hand over your return
Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do.
Receive your refund
We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account or PayPal account in 4-15 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account. Guest users will receive a Return Voucher.
